CUSTOMER'S REQUEST
Ayrton, founder of Vélo du soir, a Parisian caterer focused on eco-responsibility, wished to call upon a Chef to create its seasonal menus: the spring/summer and fall/winter menus (consulting).
Vélo du Soir wanted to breathe new life into its menus but also to take advantage of the image of a renowned chef in order to give credibility to its brand, its services and products among its clientele.

- Proposal of a Chief corresponding to the profile sought
- Implementation of a consulting service for the creation of custom-made menus, in the image of the brand
